3. Account Registration

• You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• All registration information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session

4. Payments and Fees

4.2 Payment Terms

• Website Development: 50% advance, 50% upon completion
• Monthly Services: Payment due at the beginning of each month
• Consultation: Payment in advance

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to:

• Interest charges at 1.5% per month
• Suspension of services
• Legal action for recovery

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to:

• Website design and content
• Software and code
• Brand names and logos
• Marketing materials

are owned by or licensed to Reddy Boss Digital Agency.

5.2 Client Content

You retain all rights to content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for providing our Services to you.

5.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment, we transfer all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding:

• Pre-existing materials we own
• Third-party components with separate licenses
• Templates and frameworks

6. Service Delivery and Timelines

6.1 Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Client response times
• Project complexity
• Third-party dependencies
• Force majeure events

6.2 Revisions

We include the following revisions in our standard packages:

• Basic Package: 2 rounds of revisions
• Professional Package: 3 rounds of revisions
• Enterprise Package: Unlimited revisions within scope

6.3 Acceptance

You have 7 days from delivery to request revisions. After this period, the work is deemed accepted unless there are material defects.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to queries within 48 hours
• Provide necessary access to systems and accounts
• Obtain necessary permissions for content use
• Comply with all applicable laws

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or require third-party services including:

• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Email marketing platforms
• Social media platforms
• Payment gateways

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service availability
• Third-party terms of service
• Third-party fees and charges
• Issues with third-party integrations

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

• Keep confidential information secret
• Use confidential information only for the intended purpose
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties
• Take reasonable security measures

Confidential information does not include:

• Publicly available information
• Independently developed information
• Information required to be disclosed by law

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.2 Exclusions

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue

10.3 Essential Purpose

The limitations in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and are an essential basis of the bargain between us.

12. Termination

Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Your access to Services will be suspended

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
